Diploma Qualification Procedures

• Candidate obtains N4, N5, N6 certificates
• Candidate works for 18 months in a field related to two of the N6 subjects
• Candidate obtains Diploma application forms from the college (download here)
• Candidate completes these forms and attaches:
• Certified N4 – N6 certificates
• Certified Identity document
• Original letter from employee, stating start and end date (or if currently still working there)
• This letter must be dated and signed and be on a letterhead
• Candidate submits forms & documentation back to the college
• The examination officer checks that all documentation is in order
• If so, the Campus manager and H.O.D. sign in appropriate place
• The documents are then forwarded to the Rector to sign and returned to the examination officer.
• The Examination Officer then makes a copy of all documentation and files this copy.
• The Examination Officer posts off the original documentation to the Department of Education
• The Department then issues the Diploma and posts it to the college
• The Examination Officer contacts the candidate to collect the Diploma
• The candidate is invited to the following year’s award ceremony
